At Bygo.pk, we specialize in premium, authentic technology products — including newly introduced items in Pakistan and official brand lines.
Because many items are high-value and processed through a quote-based purchase workflow, our policy is designed to ensure transparency, fair resolution, and product integrity.
We encourage customers to review specifications, model compatibility, and requirements before confirmation. Our team provides support during the quotation process so you can purchase with confidence.
1) Premium & Quote-Based Products
Change-of-mind returns are not supported
For premium and quote-based technology products, returns and refunds are not offered once the order is confirmed and delivered.
These include (but are not limited to):

quote-based orders

high-value electronics and premium tech items

special procurement items arranged on confirmation

limited availability / newly introduced products
Why this policy exists:
Premium tech products must remain sealed, intact, and warranty-safe. Once delivered, items cannot typically be resold as new due to packaging integrity, warranty registration conditions, and authenticity safeguards.
✅ However, if there is a verified issue (see Section 2), we provide full exchange / warranty support.
2) Exchange Support (Defect / Wrong Item / Delivery Damage)
If your product arrives with a problem, Bygo.pk will assist professionally.
An exchange may be offered if:

the item is defective out of the box

the item was damaged during delivery

an incorrect item was delivered
-
the issue is confirmed as eligible under brand warranty conditions (where applicable)
Reporting time
To ensure fast resolution, issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Important notes
Exchange support does not apply to:

damage caused after delivery due to mishandling
-
drops, water damage, voltage issues, burns
-
unauthorized repairs or opening beyond intended usage
-
physical damage caused by the user
3) Smaller Priced Items (Standard Checkout / COD Eligible)
Some smaller items on Bygo.pk are sold through the standard checkout process (Add to Cart → Checkout). These products follow a more flexible customer support workflow.
Exchanges (Preferred Resolution)
In case of:

defects
-
wrong item delivered
-
delivery damage
we offer exchange support as the primary solution.
Refunds (Limited / Case-by-Case)
As a premium marketplace, refunds are not the standard resolution and are reviewed only where necessary.
If a refund is approved:

it will be processed after item inspection and verification

delivery / shipping charges may not be refundable
-
the refund method depends on the original payment method
4) Item Condition Requirement
For exchange eligibility, the item must be returned:

in original packaging

with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards (if any)

with seals intact (where applicable)
-
in the same condition as received (unless damaged during delivery and reported within time)
