    Bygo.pk (Buy Your Goods Online) is a modern, curated marketplace connecting customers in Pakistan with unique, authentic, and innovative products. We started with Patch-T embroidered T-shirts and have now expanded into tote bags, consumer tech, lifestyle items, and high-value products, where Bygo is the official distributor.

    Q2: Are all products on Bygo.pk genuine?

    Yes. We source directly from official brands and verified distributors. For some products, Bygo is the official distributor in Pakistan. Brand authenticity and original warranties apply as listed on each product page.

    Q3: How do I place an order?
    • B2C items (T-shirts, tote bags, most tech): add to cart and checkout via COD or secure online payment.
    • B2B / high-value items: use the “Call for Price” button or our Contact Form, and our sales team will share pricing, MOQs, delivery windows, and invoicing.
    Q4: Are prices inclusive of taxes?

    Yes! All displayed prices include applicable taxes. Any delivery or handling charges are calculated at checkout before you place the order.

    Q5: What payment methods are available?

    We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers (for B2B quotes/invoices), and Cash on Delivery where eligible. Payments are processed on Shopify’s secure infrastructure.

    Q6: Is it safe to pay online?

    Completely! Our payment system is PCI-compliant, hosted on Shopify’s secure servers, and verified by our banking partner.

    Q7: What are your delivery timelines?

    Orders are processed within 1 business day. Deliveries usually take 4–8 business days nationwide (depending on product type and location). B2B deliveries for large items may take longer, and our sales team will confirm the estimated delivery during order processing.

    Q8: How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also check your order status by logging into your Bygo account.

    Q9: What is your return policy?

    You may return or exchange unused, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 7 days of delivery, in line with our Return / Refund Policy.

    Q10: How do I return or exchange an item?

    Submit a request via the Contact Form; email us at core@wearemdd.com, or WhatsApp us at +92 341 0902319 with your order number and return reason.
    We’ll reply with instructions and, if approved, a return label/address. Please don’t send items back without prior approval.

    Q11: Are any products non-returnable?

    Yes. Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned. Additionally, B2B and high-value tech products are non-returnable. All returns must meet our return policy requirements.

    Q12: What fabrics are Patch‑T shirts made from?

    Our tees are crafted from breathable, durable cotton blends, designed for comfort and long-lasting wear.

    Q13: Can I customize my patch design?

    Currently, we only offer our exclusive Patch-T designs in 4 and 6.5-inch sizes. Customization is not available at this time.

    Q14: How do I care for my embroidered tee?

    Turn inside out before washing, machine wash in cold water, and do not iron over the embroidery. Refer to the label for full care instructions.

    Q15: Do you handle corporate/bulk orders?

    Yes! We supply to various organizations. Use the Contact Form to request a quote. Our sales team shall confirm the MOQ, delivery lead time, and payment terms.

    Q16: Do high-value tech items carry a warranty?

    Brand/manufacturer warranties apply where provided and are stated on each product page or warranty card. For claims, initiate via the Contact Form, and our support team will assist.

    Q17: Do I need an account to shop?

    You can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, makes it easier to track orders, re-order, and access exclusive promotions.

    Q18: How is my personal data protected?

    We use Shopify’s encrypted servers and follow our Privacy Policy to safeguard all customer information.

    Alongside Patch-T and Toteally, we now offer RONIN accessories and exclusive international tech products. More brands and categories will be added soon, making Bygo.pk your one-stop shop for lifestyle, fashion, and technology!

    Q20: Can businesses buy directly from Bygo?

    Yes. Our B2B collection is designed for companies, institutions, and resellers. These items are showcased on separate featured pages with a “Call for Price” option to connect you directly with our sales team.

    Q21: Are shipping costs and duties shown upfront?

    Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. For international deliveries (when introduced), customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer and clearly communicated before order confirmation.
