Refund policy

At Bygo.pk, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, and our goal is for every purchase to meet your expectations. However, in rare cases where a return is necessary, the following policy applies:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original conditionwith all tags, labels, and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- B2B products, high-value tech products where returns aren’t feasible once opened/sealed, and products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Fee
- A return handling fee of Rs. 350 applies to each approved return. This covers courier and processing costs.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item, the fee will be waived, and Bygo.pk will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Form, email us at core@wearemdd.com, or WhatsApp us at +92 341 0902319with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide approval along with return instructions. Please do not send back products without prior authorization..
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible within the 7-day window and are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund (minus the Rs. 350 handling fee unless the return was due to an error on our part).
