Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During sales or seasonal peaks, processing may take longer, but we’ll notify you promptly if delays occur.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (Nationwide): 4–8 business days after processing.
  • B2B / bulk or high-value deliveries: May take longer depending on product type and location; our sales team will provide an estimated delivery time at the time of order.
  • Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer than usual.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, please reach us via our Contact Form or through the details below.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 8,000.
  • For orders below Rs. 8,000, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Courier partner disruptions.
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

Bygo.pk will not be liable for delays beyond our control, but will support customers in tracking and resolving courier issues.

Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer will bear re-shipping fees.
  • Bygo.pk is not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather, or public holidays, but we’ll assist you in resolving such issues.
