Some products are shipped through a standard checkout process, while others are fulfilled through a quotation-based order workflow. This policy explains how delivery timelines work for both.

Shipping Locations

  • Bygo.pk delivers nationwide across Pakistan using trusted courier and logistics partners.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Types & When the Delivery Timeline Starts

Bygo.pk offers two purchase flows:

A) Quote-Based / Premium Orders

For products purchased through Get price, the delivery timeline begins after order confirmation, meaning:

  • the quotation is agreed upon,
  • the buyer confirms the order, and
  • payment is received (where applicable).

B) Standard Checkout Orders

For priced items purchased via Add to Cart → Checkout, the delivery timeline begins after the order is confirmed and processed.


Estimated Delivery Timeline

We aim to keep delivery estimates transparent and realistic.

Standard Expected Timeline (Nationwide)

Most orders are delivered within 10–13 business days from confirmation, depending on the product type and delivery location.

This includes:

  • order processing & fulfillment, followed by
  • domestic delivery within Pakistan.

✅ In many cases, orders may arrive earlier. However, we communicate longer, realistic timelines to avoid false expectations and ensure a reliable customer experience.

Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery more than once, depending on routing policies.

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing a complete and correct address
  • sharing an active contact number
  • ensuring availability to receive the parcel

If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the shipment may be returned or held as per the courier’s policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown:

  • at checkout (for standard checkout orders), or
  • during quotation confirmation (for quote-based orders)

Order Tracking

Where applicable, tracking information will be shared via:

  • WhatsApp / SMS (if provided), or
  • email notification

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeline, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including:

  • courier network disruptions
  • remote area routing
  • public holidays
  • unforeseen logistical delays

In such cases, our team will guide you with the latest delivery update.

Damaged Parcel or Delivery Concerns

If your parcel appears tampered, damaged, or opened during transit, we recommend:

  • recording an unboxing video immediately, and
  • Contacting our support team within 48 hours of delivery
