Q1: What is Bygo.pk?
Bygo.pk (Buy Your Goods Online) is a curated marketplace bringing local brands into the digital world. We debut with Patch‑T embroidered T‑shirts in sizes Small,  Medium,  Large and Xtra Large with patch sizes 4 and 6.5 inches.

Q2: Are all Patch‑T products genuine?
Yes! Every item is sourced directly from Patch‑T, undergoes quality checks, and is 100% authentic.

 

2. Ordering, Pricing & Payment

Q3: How do I place an order?
Select your preferred T‑shirt size, patch size, and color, add to cart, then follow the checkout steps. Shipping costs will be calculated before you place the order.

Q4: Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes! Our listed prices are all-inclusive of taxes. No surprise fees.

Q5: What payment methods are available?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery wherever supported.

Q6: Is it safe to pay online?
Completely! Our payment system is fully secured and complies with Shopify and banking industry standards.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Q7: What are your delivery timelines?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, and shipped across Karachi, Pakistan typically in 3–6 business days.

Q8: How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once shipped. You can also view status in your Bygo account.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

Q9: What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition with tags can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery. This aligns with our Refund Policy.

Q10: How do I return or exchange an item?
Email us or use the Contact form with your order number and reason. We shall guide you on the shipping and return process accordingly.

Q11: Are any products non-returnable?
Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition with tags attached cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must meet our return policy requirements.

 

5. Product Details & Care

Q12: What fabrics are Patch‑T shirts made from?
Our tees use premium, breathable cotton blends, comfort and quality in every stitch.

Q13: Can I customize my patch design?
Currently, we only offer our exclusive Patch-T designs in 4 and 6.5 inches sizes. Customization is not available at this time.

Q14: How do I care for my embroidered tee?
Turn it inside-out, machine wash in cold water, and do not iron over the embroidery. Refer to the label for full care instructions.


6. Account & Privacy

Q15: Do I need an account to shop?
No. Guest checkout is available. But an account makes tracking, reordering, and offers easier.

Q16: How is my personal data protected?
We adhere to our Privacy Policy and use secure, encrypted systems to protect your information.


7. Future Plans

Q17: What else will Bygo sell?
We are starting with Patch‑T shirts, but will soon introduce additional products and partner brands. Stay tuned!


8. Shipping Costs, Customs & Duties

Q18: Are shipping costs and duties shown upfront?
Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties or customs fees are included for deliveries within Pakistan
